Coaching services

Work with me.

One-to-one coaching for leaders and professionals navigating difficult conversations, conflict, boundaries, self-doubt and change at work.

A leader thinking through one specific conversation

01 / One conversation

A Single Session

When something specific is taking up too much space.

A difficult conversation, a boundary you need to set, or a decision/situation you keep second-guessing.

In a 60-minute session, we’ll slow things down, explore what is happening and get clarity on what to do next.

No ongoing commitment required.

Focused Coaching

For a challenge that needs more than one conversation.

Over six weeks, we’ll work through a recurring pattern, workplace conflict, transition or difficult decision. This work helps you understand what is happening, identify what matters to you, prepare for the conversation or decision, and create practical next steps.

Includes:

  • Six weekly 60-minute coaching sessions
  • Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) psychometric assessment*
  • Unlimited messaging support between sessions

* SDI is a psychometric tool that helps you understand your patterns, motivations and responses to conflict. We use it as a way of understanding yourself better and creating more choice in how you respond.

Ongoing Coaching

For those who want to take a deliberate approach to how they lead.

Ongoing Coaching is a longer-term partnership for leaders and professionals who want to keep developing over time. It offers regular space to reflect on your values and purpose, and how you want them to shape the way you work and lead.

Together, we’ll build on the changes you’re making, work with the challenges that arise and keep identifying what you want to move towards. The aim is to help you develop a way of leading that feels deliberate, energising and your own.

Includes:

  • Regular coaching sessions
  • Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) assessment
  • Ongoing support between sessions

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

These answers cover coaching fit, session format and commitment, so you can decide what support feels right for you.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

If you're unsure, book a free consultation. It's a chance to explore what you're looking for and see whether coaching feels right for you, with no obligation to continue.

Are sessions online or in person?

Most sessions take place online. I work with leaders in Vancouver and with clients across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. If you are based in Vancouver and would prefer to meet in person, we can discuss the best option.

Do I need to commit to ongoing coaching?

A Single Conversation is a standalone 60-minute session with no ongoing commitment. Focused Coaching runs over six weeks. For Ongoing Coaching, we’ll discuss a rhythm that works for you.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching and therapy can complement each other. My background in mental health means I’m comfortable working with the emotional side of difficult situations.

Coaching focuses on what’s happening now and what you want to do next. Therapy is more appropriate when you’re dealing with a mental health condition that needs therapeutic support.

If my organisation is paying, what will it hear about our sessions?

My one-to-one coaching is confidential. If you’re considering employer-funded coaching, contact me before deciding so we can discuss confidentiality and what, if anything, would be shared with your organisation.

Who do you usually coach?

Leaders and professionals navigating difficult conversations, boundaries and self-doubt at work, who want space to think clearly and build trust in their own judgement.
